to kinda set the mood for RP, can I suggest the inclusion of a weight room or locker room instead of the usual rope playing room

I found that if there are specific places, people would be more inclined to participate

you also could include a "garage" or "parking lot" room ... you never know who has a beef with someone and they just might want to do business in private
