Ive seen some kick ass graphics by like HJT and legend on photoshop. I guess this is decent for a free site. Maybe.. :p

I like it, just needs a bit of polishing but not bad for a first time.

But if you want a free program taht doesn't do too bad search up Photobie Design Studio. ABSOLUTELY free and does the trick + does some ok Animations too
